Starway's business development department is divided into 3 teams: Sheet Metal, CNC Machining, Injection Moulding , which provide professional services to more than 1,500 customers every year. The team's project coordinator have more than 5-8 years of experience. Their role is to provide expert consulting services to address customer concerns, solve technical problems, and recommend appropriate manufacturing solutions. They discuss product details directly with you and analyse the feasibility of making the product from an expert point of view. Starway operates four workshops-Sheet Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining, Injection Molding, and Stamping-each capable of designing over 500 products annually. These independent workshops collaborate and feature diverse machinery, enabling them to handle multiple processes. For instance, the Sheet Metal workshop has bending, welding, and laser cutting machines, while the CNC workshop utilizes CNC lathes and machining centers. Each workshop can efficiently manage large-volume and multi-lot orders, thanks to skilled workers with 3-5 years of experience, which minimizes material waste and speeds up shipments. Our engineering team ensures a safe workflow and prioritizes processing and delivery times. We are confident in turning your requirements into reality.

Starway's procurement department, with its diverse and stable upstream suppliers, offers a wide range of materials. Procurement staff quickly target the type of materials required and source them according to customer requirements to ensure timely delivery. They maintain strict quality control and provide relevant material certificates for traceability to ensure cost-effective product solutions for customers.

Starway has a team of experienced engineers with 10-15 years of experience in product project development. Based on the files (3D, CAD, drawings) provided by customers, the engineers can keenly capture the difficulties in processing and design, provide the most suitable solutions and offer accurate quotations. After confirming the product details with the customer repeatedly, they will also go into the factory and interface with the factory manager on the production process. At Starway, prototype processing can be completed within 3 days.

In terms of quality assurance, our commitment to excellence stems from a strict order management system. At Starway, each project is staffed with 3-4 QC inspectors, and every step of the process is efficiently executed to ensure product quality, from kick-off meeting and drawing confirmation to first piece inspection, interim quality report, final product inspection and packaging.
