Process steps of stainless steel sheet metal fabrication
1. After blanking, select the next process according to the customer's processing requirements and enter the corresponding process.
2. Surface treatment is required for stainless steel sheet metal parts after bending, riveting and other processing processes. The surface treatment methods are different for different plates. Generally speaking, the cold plate needs to be surface plated after processing, and does not need to be sprayed twice after electroplating. Other processing generally adopts vulcanization treatment and spraying after treatment. The type of plating plate requires surface cleaning, degreasing, spraying and other processes.
3. When the stainless steel plate is bent, the tool and groove used for bending shall be determined according to the material and size required in the drawing. The selection of upper die is the key to prevent deformation. The selection of the lower mold shall be determined according to the thickness of the plate. In order to ensure that the welding is firm, it is necessary to punch a bump on the workpiece, and contact the plate evenly before power-on welding to ensure that the heating of each welding point is consistent.
4. After bending and spraying, the assembly process shall be carried out. Before assembly, the protective sticker used in the original spraying shall be removed to ensure that the threaded holes in the parts will not be sprayed into paint or powder. During the whole process, wear gloves to prevent dust from adhering to the workpiece. If there are sundries or dust on the workpiece, it needs to be blown clean before entering the packaging process.
