How to check the goodness of injection molded products by yourself ?
The following 7 criteria can help you use to determine
Appearance quality
Surface Finish: Check whether the product surface is smooth and flawless, with no bubbles, burns, or other surface defects.Color Difference: Observe whether the color of the product is uniform and without color difference.
Surface Cracks or Depressions: whether there are cracks, deformations, or uneven depressions that affect the appearance and strength of the product.
Dimensional accuracy
Dimensional Consistency: Use calipers or other measuring tools to measure key dimensions of the product to check whether they meet the requirements of the design drawings.
Tolerance Control: Whether the tolerance range of the product is within the allowable error range and whether it meets the design standard.
