There are four direct reasons for the occurrence of the intermediate situation:
1. The operator is not accurate during the manual operation process.
2. There are burrs around the injection mold.
3. The center rod has magnetism.
4. The four corners of the mold are not perpendicular.
Everyone can make improvements according to the following processing methods:
1. The manual operation process should continue to be done carefully and carefully, and try to have the same aspect ratio at the same point.
2. Use whipping stone or a knife to polish the periphery of the mold, then change the waste cloth to clean it, and finally clear it by hand.
3. Demagnetize the center rod before centering the mold (pottery center rod or others can be used).
4. Calibrate to check whether the four corners of the mold are perpendicular to each other (large flatness errors require self-reflection and implementation opinions with millers)
