Steel plate cut and sheet metal processing steel plate should be checked for the grade, thickness and surface quality of the steel plate before cutting. For example, the part of the steel surface with corrosion points exceeding the negative deviation of the national standard steel plate is not allowed to be used in the product. The small area of pitting corrosion can be welded and polished until it is qualified without reducing the design thickness. Material requirements for steel plate cutting processing: The steel plate used for cutting the material should be inspected and accepted by the quality department, and its indicators meet the corresponding regulations of the national standard. Before cutting the steel plate, the grade, thickness and surface quality of the steel plate should be checked. If the corrosion point on the steel surface exceeds the negative deviation of the national standard steel plate, it is not allowed to be used in the product. The small area of pitting corrosion can be welded and polished until it is qualified without reducing the design thickness. The grade, specification and surface quality of the steel plate must be checked when blanking, and the blanking can only be done after confirmation.

During automatic cutting, when lifting the steel plate to the gas cutting platform, the distance difference between the two ends of the steel plate and the guide rail should be adjusted within 5mm. When performing semi-automatic cutting, the guide rail should be placed on the plane of the steel plate to be cut, and then the cutting machine should be gently placed on the guide rail. Make the side with the cutting torch face the operator, select the cutting nozzle according to the thickness of the steel plate, and adjust the cutting straightness and cutting speed.

How to effectively prevent scratches during steel plate cutting and sheet metal processing?

1. When preparing raw materials, the plates should be placed at zero distance or back to back. In addition, special attention should be paid to the wear of the tools and whether there are burrs.

2. When performing laser processing, first confirm whether the incoming material is scratched, so that it is easy to check the quality of the incoming material. If there is a scratch, it should be returned and no processing is allowed.

3. When the steel plate is bent, first check whether there is debris or foreign matter on the upper and lower molds and the sheet material. If there is, the bending operation cannot be performed to prevent the steel plate from being crushed.

4. When welding the steel plate, the welding workbench should be kept clean and flat without any foreign matter. If there is any, it should be cleaned up immediately.

5. If the product needs to be re-coated, it must be registered first and then operated.

6. If the parts are scratched, they should be reported immediately and dealt with immediately. It cannot be postponed.
