1. NDA-IP Protection
As the customized product manufacturer, we don't sell our own products, we are just providing manufacturing services to meet our customer's demand. So we do understand the IP requirements, and normally NDA is the first step to move.
2. Drawing and 3D files
We work out the drawings based on thorough communication and manufacture as per your drawings. Our sales consultants take part in the cooperation from beginning to the end. Fully understanding customer's requirements, presenting thoroughly to the teammates. So that we can ensure that there are no miscommunication about the drawings.
3. Project development
New project development always takes time. It is often not possible to get a satisfactory product once proofing. It may be several times, or even dozens of times. We are patient and capable of developing together with our customers.
4. Project Management
For any new project prototypes, our technical engineers are in charge of the project management during the whole process. Keeping eyes to the quality, pushing forward the production status, bringing solutions to the issues or difficulties, and checking the quality and packaging before shipping. This is why we are able to complete new product prototypes within 1 or 2 weeks. And Finally after prototypes done, a summary report is shared with our production and QC teams, as preparation for next batch production.
5. Batch production
Our quality engineers are responsible for supervising the production status and quality control during the batch production.each order in Starway is taken care by 1 quality guy from the beginning to the end. So the quality guy clearly understands the requirements about the quality, packaging, shipping ect.
