Material Verification
Raw materials are verified against project specifications prior to production.
Material certificates (Mill Test Reports) are recorded for full lot traceability.

03/

First Article Inspection (FAI)
The first completed component is inspected against approved drawings before mass production begins.
Purpose: Verifies critical dimensions, hole locations, and mounting interfaces to prevent large-scale errors.

04/

In-Process Inspection
Continuous dimensional and feature checks are performed during production runs to catch deviations early.
Focus areas: Cut dimensions, bend accuracy, thread pitch, surface profiles, and weld integrity.

05/

Final Inspection
Completed components undergo thorough end-to-end verification before shipment.
Focus areas: Overall dimensions, tight tolerances, surface condition, packaging integrity, and order quantity.

06/

Quality Documentation and Traceability
Industry-standard inspection records and certificates are compiled to support your incoming inspection and supplier audit requirements.
