To joint 2 or more components together, the most common method is welding.
We are able to do the welding for steel parts, stainless and aluminum parts.
Let me introduce the common techniques of welding below:
Continuous welding
It is to conduct fusion welding on all the contact parts of the two workpieces to be welded together. For example, when two steel plates are spliced, one weld is fully welded, which is used when the welding strength is required to be high.
Tack welding
Tack welding is a resistance welding method in which the weldment is assembled into a lap joint, pressed between two electrodes, and the base metal is melted by resistance heat to form a welding spot.
Spot welding
Spot welding is a kind of resistance welding. Two metal weldments (bars or plates) are clamped in two chucks respectively. The current passes through the connecting end of the two metal pieces and is heated to a plastic or molten state, causing permanent connection under axial pressure.
Stitch welding
When welding, the weld seam is discontinuous, which is used for welding of non important connecting pieces that do not need full welding for a long weld seam, or to reduce welding deformation and reserve welding deformation space (opening on the weldment).
