1. Look at the steel plate.
The steel plate must be thick. If you tap it with your finger, you can feel which is thicker and which is thinner.
2. Look at painting.
For a qualified carbon steel cabinet, all steel materials need to be painted, and the painting must be even, so as to prevent rust and dust.
3. Look at the architecture layout.
Generally speaking, there are many baffles and heat dissipation holes. Some iron sheets used to fix cables should be bound to prevent damage to cables. The side wall fan should be installed on the rear wall of the cabinet, because the rear of the equipment will generate most of the heat. The upper wall and side wall inside the cabinet shall have enough fixing rings to maintain the cables, and the base at the lower part of the cabinet shall be reserved with holes for wiring below.
4. Look at the accessories.
Because the installation includes network cables, telecommunication cables and power cables, it is necessary to purchase hook and loop belts or toothed belts to effectively fix the cables in order in the cabinet. There are also some screws and nuts used to fix the rack, which should also be sufficient to avoid the trouble of lack of accessories due to future expansion.
5. View function:
safety should be given priority. Generally speaking, the electrical appliances in the cabinet are installed. Reliable grounding wires shall be provided on metal or non wood insulated electrical installation plates. The incoming and outgoing lines shall be sheathed and bundled separately. The cables shall be free of aging, peeling and leakage. When the cables cross, protective measures shall be taken. The incoming and outgoing lines shall be well waterproof, and the wire harness shall not directly contact the box inlet and outlet, thus further improving the safety factor.
