At first, the quantity is small, so we only make the bending die and make the shape by laser cutting. That is good enough for both cost and quality control. But Later on, the demand skyrocketed to 10k pcs per month.In this case, there are 3 factors we need to consider:1.Production efficiency

So after discussion with our customer, we decided to upgrade our manufacturing processes. We made two more molds, one is blanking die and the other is piercing die. Turn the whole product production process into stamping.
In total, it helps to save 35% cost for our customer, and the efficiency is beneficial for us as well. That's what we called win-win cooperation.
