These materials are samples from our previous customers. According to their requirements, we produce the products they really want for them in strict accordance with the drawings and material mechanics analysis.And in the picture below. All of them are machined products.

The left side of the product is more than turning out, and the right side of the product is mostly milling process.machining and milling are key parts of our machining service. We have 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, which can meet the needs of batch orders in a relatively short time.

The product on the right can be seen to have a very bright surface because we have polished it by air polishing, which makes the scar that might have been left on the surface disappear or become less noticeable. Further, we can see that the products on the left are all black in color. Why? Because their colors have been anodizeing black, which increases the ornamental value of the products, and also makes the products further in wear resistance and anti-aging properties.
