We have three kind of ways to process , CNC Milling ,CNC Machining Center and CNC Turning . we choose the machine according to shape of the custom product .we can use different raw material for CNC machining operation,like plastic and acrylic and aluminum and stainless steel ect .

For below product is a standard CNC Turning product . In the beginning , we will use the PDF CAD file or a 3D drawing of the desired part, we create a program into the CNC machine , and machine will cut and shape .of course ,different shape and raw material will use the different cutting tools to process . we can see below products are black and look very smooth .because of we use coating to black on their surface treatment .

Pay attention ,when we need process milling with a hollow shell or enclosure, the wall thickness can't be too thin, or you will find out the crack. Be careful when you are working on this kind of product.
