Overview
Steel turned parts are metal parts manufactured by a CNC turning process in which a material bar is fixed in a chuck and rotated while a tool is fed into the workpiece to remove the material to form the desired shape. Steel turned parts are usually made from round steel, but sometimes other shapes such as square or hexagonal, in material types such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, plastic, etc.
Due to their precision, flexibility and fast delivery times, steel turned parts are widely used in the automotive, aircraft, equipment and machinery, medical and other industries. In addition, for mass production and in order to save costs, we are customizing raw materials such as cold drawn, forged and cast, thus saving a lot of material costs and processing time.
