Normally, the aluminum plate electrolyzers in a series are connected in series, and the current of each electrolyzer is equal. The main parameter that controls the heat income of the electrolyzer is voltage.

According to the formula W=IVT, the higher the cell voltage, the more heat income; the lower the cell voltage, the lower the heat income. When the current and molecular ratio are basically stable, in order to form an ideal furnace side, the cell voltage must be gradually reduced, the heat income of the electrolytic cell must be reduced, and the polymer substance of the aluminum plate electrolyte must be crystallized on the side. Because the higher the temperature of the electrolytic cell, the greater the degree of overheating of the electrolyte, and the formation of the furnace side is when the temperature is close to the primary crystal temperature of the electrolyte, crystals will precipitate on the sidewalls and gradually form the furnace side.

If the furnace side is too thick, it is easy to melt the extended legs and paralyze the aluminum level, which will reduce the current efficiency. In this case, the voltage should be increased appropriately to increase the heat income, melt the thick furnace side, and increase the side. Dissipate heat, reduce the temperature of the furnace bottom, and promote the formation of elongation. 

The finishing layer should be made of lightweight functional coatings such as finishing mortar and embellishment mortar, or water-based exterior wall paint with excellent air permeability, so that the aluminum silicate board maintains its lightweight characteristics and increases its aesthetics. Aluminum plate accessories mainly use various coatings. On the one hand, the color of the surface of the aluminum silicate plate is increased, so that it can be applied to any environment, and the coating can be flame-retardant and heat-preserving to a certain extent.
