Sheet Metal Forming

Sheet metal forming is the one of the most important steps in sheet metal fabrication.

1.Bending

With the CNC bending machine (CNC Press Brake), you can bend up the requested flanges as you need with support of the different bending tools. There are different length/tonnage / opening distance that defines.

What bending dimensions are able to realize. You will need to use different bending tools to reach different bending radius, if no existing tools, customer will need to make the investment.

2. Rolling

When you need a big circle, we will make it by rolling machine. For some U-shaped parts with large radius and large size, we also use the rolling machine.

3.Stamping

Stamping is based on the plastic deformation of metal, using the die and stamping equipment to apply pressure to the plate material to produce plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain parts with certain shape, size and performance (stamping parts).

The stamping and forming process occupies an important position in the auto body manufacturing process, especially for the large cover parts of auto body, because most of them have complex shapes and large structural dimensions, some of them are still space curved, and the surface quality requirements are high, so using stamping processing method to make these parts is incomparable with other processing methods. Almost all of the cabs, front sheet metal parts and cargo panels of trucks, various body parts of cars and various skeletons of buses are made by stamping.
