NC punches are engraved dies fabricated by numerically controlled precision machines. They are suitable for cutting materials into complex shapes that are difficult to make with steel cutting rules. Just mounting an NC punch spares you the trouble of bending steel cutting rules into complex curves, ovals or other small radius shapes that require skill.
It is able make some features that can not be made by laser cutting like knockouts, bridges, louvers, ribs, extruded holes etc.
One important point of this product is the welding. We will do the cleaning and grinding job after welding is done to make the enclosure more beautiful. The client is very satisfied with the results.
