When our engineering department got the drawings for review, we had several questions about the customer's requirements:

The precision parts are made of SS400, and the welding part must be welded more than 65%. The CNC precision parts will be processed after polishing and correction, but there are processing risks, increased welding procedures and increased costs.
With this idea in mind, we suggest changing the welding process to overall processing. After rough machining, directly cnc machining. Although the amount of materials and cnc processing is certainly increasing, the processing cost can be significantly reduced compared with welding. After free overall processing, R3 remains at the four original welds, but the strength can be guaranteed. As long as the assembly does not interfere, it should be more helpful to ensure the quality of finished products.
After hearing our proposal, the customer seemed to suddenly realize that he was very supportive of our proposal and immediately paid for the sample. He asked us to speed up the production of samples. After two days of hard work, the sample was finally completed on schedule, and the customer also agreed with us after receiving the sample. To solve problems for customers and save time and cost, customers will certainly trust us more.
