Automotive stamping parts are the auto parts made from the stamping process based on customer’s design. There are two types called Single Stage stamping and Progressive Stamping depends on how many operations from a single press. For automotive industry, pregressive stamping is often used, as well as deep-drawing with consideration of the quantity demand, and also limitation to the weight.
Features
The finished automotive stamping parts are light in weight, good in rigidity and high in strength. During the stamping process, the surface of the material is not damaged, so it can have better surface quality. Then surface treatment such as painting and electroplating can be performed to obtain better effects, such as oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance and smoothness. The stamping part has high dimensional accuracy, and is uniform in size with the module, has good interchangeability, and can meet general assembly and use requirements. If there are no special requirements, it can be used directly.
