Deep drawn stamping is the stamping process with tooling to create the desired shape from a single piece by stretching the material.
As deep drawn stamping components are created in one piece, thereby reducing the need for additional assembly. This has the added benefit of seamless construction, which is ideal for waterproof or airtight applications.
Different materials are suitable for deep drawing feature like steel, aluminum, stainless ect, it choice of material mainly comes from customer’s design and requirement.
In Starway, there are 12 Stamping machines ranges from 45 tons to 315 tons, capable of manufacturing small and large size of deep drawn stamping job.
