We met a customer at the exhibition before who is one of the largest auto parts manufacturers in the world.
They want to customize one kind of steel bushing. At the beginning, the demand was small, so we used solid bar and then do it on CNC turning machine. That is good enough for both cost and quality control.
However, after one year of cooperation, the quantity has increased to 20k per month. This makes us have to think about new processing methods. If we follow the previous methods, we will not only hard to reduce costs, but also waste time.
After many discussions within us and with customers, finally we decide to obtained profile by casting which means we can get the finished bushings only turning a few parts of materials by CNC machining.
This greatly reduces production time and material costs.

For such a large quantity, it is very time-consuming to measure one by one manually.
Considering this situtaion, We will measure before each production step to ensure that each step is under our control. And in order to save testing time, so as to ensure the lead time. We designed and built a complex measuring jig to make sure all the dimensions are 100% correct.
At last, according to customer requirements, we customize special packaging for customers.
