Last year, we met a customer---Adrian, who focused on racing accessories. He has many CNC machining parts that need to be customized for racing car, but he has no drawings.
He found us and I asked him to send the parts directly to us. The package was very large, 50kg in total, with various parts in it. It took my engineer 3 days to make various measurements and all the drawings were made within one week. For such an efficient work, Adrian was very happy with our work and ordered all parts from us. After this, we worked with him to design his personal car! We became friends, not just business partners. As business is always not only business, we could have much more than business.
For the CNC machined parts, the customer is often under the situation that they only do not have drawings, but only parts on hand. As the machined parts are precise, and not easy to measure, more difficult to build the 3D file.

Sometimes, when the parts are too complicated, we have our 3D scanning partner who can build the 3D file exactly as per the sample by digital scanning.
