Besides, In the laser cutting process, there are two main problems need more attention:
Abnormal sparks may occur in carbon steel plate cutting, this mainly because the nozzles of this laser cutting machine is seriously worn out, need to be replaced with new ones at once.
2. The nozzle head is not suitable for the material thickness, need to check the thickness and replace with correct nozzles.
