CNC punching are suitable for parts with many small holes and the quantity is quite larger. Below aluminum sheet metal parts are made by CNC punching and certianly our customer invested on the mold. The advantage of CNC punching is that it is very productive and fasten the lead time.
While, other custom sheet metal parts are more suitable for laser cutting, like this:
they are made of steel with powder coating, the material thickness is 2mm, which
is very suitable for laser cutting. The advantage of custom laser cutting service is that they are more accurate and the surface can be very smooth after cutting.
